About Us


LV Construction is a growing St. Louis construction and restoration company. We work on residential rehabs, insurance restoration, and apartment turnovers across the metro. We're building a team of skilled tradespeople who take pride in doing the job right the first time.


The Job


We need an expert — not someone still learning. If you can install Schluter systems correctly, build a custom mud floor shower pan, and weep a hole in the wall the right way — we want to talk. Part-time to start with a real path to full-time. Show up on time and do the work right — you'll stay busy.


What You'll Do


  • Install Schluter systems (Kerdi, Ditra, Schluter strip, niche, bench, and trim profiles)
  • Build and float custom mud bed shower pans from scratch
  • Properly weep holes in shower walls and floors
  • Waterproof shower systems to a professional, leak-free standard
  • Set tile cleanly over mud beds and Schluter membranes
  • Grout, seal, and finish to a clean professional standard
  • Keep jobsite clean and meet project deadlines


What We Require


  • Expert-level Schluter system installation — this is not a learning position
  • Proven ability to build custom mud floor shower pans
  • Knows how to properly do a weep hole in the wall
  • Shows up on time, every time — punctuality is mandatory
  • Reliable transportation to St. Louis metro jobsites
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Able to perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation


Desirable Skills


  • Excellent mud and tape / drywall finishing skills
  • Strong tile finishing ability — clean grout lines, proper layout, quality cuts
  • Experience in residential rehab, restoration, or insurance work
  • References or photos of completed shower and tile work ready to share


Pay & Schedule


  • $27.00/hour
  • Part-time to start — 20–28 hrs/week
  • Full-time potential as work grows
  • Monday–Friday | Report time 9:00 AM
  • Location varies — jobsite communicated by supervisor
