Opportunity for Full-time and Part-time with rotating Weekends/Holidays

Great entry level opportunity for to start out in health care under the supervision of an RN, provides close observation of patients. Assists in the provision of a safe and clean environment. You will provide assistance with activities of daily living, unless the patient needs are such that adverse health consequences are predictable.


1. Obtains verbal report from the patient’s nurse to include information regarding the patient.

2. Positions self in patient room at bedside to maintain constant visual observation of the patient.

3. Obtains instruction from nurse regarding ambulation limitations.

4. Observant of the patient’s activity and behavior and communicates on a regular basis to the nurse.

5. Provides for patient comfort, safety, and satisfaction. Maintains patient environment in a safe and orderly manner.

7. Functions cooperatively as a team member.

8. Offers support and feedback to peers and staff.

The employee in this position must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide a safe environment and based on the patients served. Mental health experience helpful.
Education and/or Experience

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Prior background as a caregiver helpful
  • Bi-lingual in Polish or Spanish desirable
