Position Overview
Family Behavior Solutions (FBS) is seeking a BCBA to provide school-based clinical leadership and supervision in the North Providence School District. This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule and is ideal for a BCBA seeking clinical work with a strong leadership support and a team focused on compassionate treatment.
Weekly Hours: Approximately 10 hours
  • 8 hours on-site in school
  • 2 hours remote/virtual

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical supervision and leadership for school based ABA services
  • Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
  • Conduct assessments and ongoing clinical evaluations for assigned clients
  • Supervise, coach, and provide performance feedback to paraprofessionals during clinic hours
  • Observe sessions, ensure treatment fidelity, and provide in-the-moment training
  • Ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and adherence to behavior plans
  • Collaborate with treatment team members, and interdisciplinary providers (OT/SLP)
  • Support onboarding and training of new staff and assist with ongoing staff development
  • Assist with behavioral crises and clinical problem-solving during assigned shifts
  • Communicate clinical updates, concerns, and feedback with clinic leadership and the Lead BCBA
