WVP is seeking an Associate Locum Veterinarian (DVM/VMD) to join our team in serving hospitals in/near West Hollywood, Santa Monica, Redondo Beach, and Long Beach. Whether you're an experienced veterinarian or a few years out, you'll find a supportive team, modern equipment, and opportunities to practice high-quality medicine while maintaining work-life balance. We also have potential to hire someone in the San Diego area or in Ventura County.

What You'll Practice

Our veterinarians enjoy a diverse caseload that may include:

• Preventative and wellness care

• Sick patient appointments

• Dentistry

• Soft tissue surgery

• Diagnostic imaging

• Urgent care cases (if applicable)

• Fear Free medicine (if applicable)

• Integrative medicine (if applicable)

We welcome doctors with special interests in areas such as:

• Dentistry

• Surgery

• Acupuncture

• Rehabilitation

• Ultrasound

• Internal Medicine

• Orthopedics

• Full-time or part-time opportunities

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school

• Licensed or eligible for veterinary licensure in California

• 3+ years practicing as a licensed veterinarian

• Strong communication and client education skills

Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. The salary range for this opportunity is $130,000 - $180,000 annually. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company offers competitive compensation along with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, vacation, sick leave, 401(k), and more depending on location. You will be provided more detailed information about compensation and benefits for your specific location.
