Job Summary

The Attractions Revenue Inventory Partner supports retail and warehouse operations by receiving shipments, preparing merchandise for distribution, organizing inventory, and assisting with deliveries across Rock City Enterprises locations. This role ensures merchandise is processed accurately, stocked efficiently, and readily available to support smooth operations and an exceptional guest experience.

Under the direction of the Attractions Revenue Team Leader I, this position contributes to operational excellence and supports Rock City Enterprises' mission:

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Service & Culture

  • Deliver excellent guest service in alignment with the organization's mission, culture, and values.
  • Model positive guest and partner interactions, demonstrating Courage, Care, Wonder, and Excellence.
  • Contribute to a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment within all inventory and retail spaces.

Inventory & Warehouse Operations

  • Receive, unpack, process, and label incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
  • Process stock lists and intra-store transfers for incoming and outgoing merchandise.
  • Organize and bin merchandise in the warehouse to ensure accessibility and efficiency.
  • Perform daily replenishment of retail shop inventory as needed.
  • Assist with monthly inventory counts and ensure accuracy of inventory records.

Order Fulfillment & Distribution

  • Prepare wholesale and internal orders for pickup, UPS, USPS, or freight shipment.
  • Assist with deliveries to retail locations as needed.
  • Maintain inventory for retail vending machines when required.

Operations & Communication

  • Answer phones professionally and assist with messages, orders, or inquiries.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse and Birdhouse Department.
  • Follow all organizational processes and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

Qualifications

Education& Experience

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior inventory, warehouse, or retail stock experience preferred.

Knowledge & Skills

  • Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong service mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, work independently, and stay self-motivated.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong mathematical ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents and write reports/correspondence.

Licenses & Certifications

  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record

Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, kneel, and balance regularly.
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work as early as 6:30 AM or as needed.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to work in extreme temperatures (heat and cold).
