Job description

West Coast Joint and Spine in El Dorado Hills is hiring a Part Time RN Pre-Op/PACU

Welcome to West Coast Joint and Spine Surgery Center we believe health and care are inseparable.  We focus on offering a high quality, service oriented environment for your surgical procedure.

RN Pre-Op/PACU at West Coast Joint and Spine Surgery Center 

The RN Pre-op/PACU is a Registered Nurse that provides quality patient care using the nursing process, the medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre-op/PACU provides safe, effective, and quality patient-family centered care in the perioperative services for all patient populations. The RN Pre-op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization. The RN Pre-op/PACU reports to the Manager of Peri-Operative Services.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • 1 year of PACU experience is required
  • Current CA Nursing License
  • Current BLS, ACLS 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Pre-Op/PACU
  • Previous experience working in an ambulatory surgical setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and management of the surgical patient

Hourly Range: $50.00 - $72.00/hour.  Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.
