Part-Time Office Intern

Job Summary:

Focus HealthCare is seeking a friendly, dependable college student for a part-time Office Intern position. As a Part-Time Office Intern, you will gain real office and business experience across multiple departments in a supportive environment, with a schedule designed to work around your classes. No prior office experience needed - we'll train you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls in a warm, professional manner
• Direct calls to the correct staff member or department
• Take detailed messages when staff are unavailable and follow up as needed
• Call and check in with clients after initial onboarding to help support a successful start of care
• Greet visitors and staff arriving at the office
• Keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
• Assist with general office tasks, such as:
+ Filing and document organization
+ Data entry
+ Preparing/distributing mail
+ Restocking office/breakroom supplies
• Support Human Resources, Program Integrity, and Care Coordination with administrative tasks as assigned
• Support special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
