Corporate Immigration Attorney (Part-Time) - Remote (Texas)
Our client, a boutique law firm, is seeking a
Corporate Immigration Attorney to support the increasing demand for employment-based immigration services from their international corporate clientele.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced immigration attorney who enjoys working directly with business clients, providing strategic counsel, and managing sophisticated employment-based immigration matters in a flexible, remote environment.
Responsibilities:
- Handle a variety of employment-based immigration matters, including work visa petitions and related corporate immigration matters.
- Advise employers and foreign-owned businesses on immigration strategy and compliance.
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies.
- Manage cases independently from intake through filing and completion.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to corporate clients and prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the firm's partners and legal team to deliver exceptional client service.
- Build strong client relationships while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
- 3+ years of business immigration experience, with a strong focus on employment-based immigration matters.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
- Experience managing matters independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong client-facing skills and the ability to confidently advise business clients.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and case management abilities.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding client service.
Compensation
- Target annualized salary: $120,000-$130,000, with compensation prorated based on part-time hours.
- Competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
