Responsibilities
• Plan and lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that support learning and growth
• Take time to understand each child's unique personality, interests, and needs
• Foster development across academic, creative, social, and emotional areas
• Communicate regularly with parents, providing updates on progress and daily experiences
• Safely transport children as needed using your own reliable vehicle
• Build strong, trusting relationships with children by getting to know their unique personalities and needs
