EDUCATION
Associate's degree in related field.
EXPERIENCE
Three (3) or more years of work experience required, preferably in higher education
One (1) year experience in student records or transfer credit preferred
Experience with Student Administration software
Experience in auditing data and preparing reports
Experience in research interpreting and applying policies and procedures
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Ability to maintain confidentiality of work related information and materials
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to work with detailed information from a variety of sources
Possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills
