Shuttle Driver (Part Time)

Location: Fayetteville, AR, 72703

Butterfield Trail Village โ€“ A Premier Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC)
Do you enjoy helping others, driving safely, and making a difference every day? Join the team at Butterfield Trail Village, a premier retirement community where your work directly supports the comfort, independence, and well-being of our residents.
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and safety-focused Part-Time Shuttle Driver to provide transportation services throughout our beautiful campus and assist residents with evening dining transportation, special events, and occasional medical appointment coverage.
Schedule
  • Evening hours: 4:00 PM โ€“ 8:00 PM
  • Approximately 20 hours a week
  • Additional hours available for special events, programs, and occasional weekends/daytime coverage
What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Safely transport residents throughout campus and to designated locations
  • Assist residents entering and exiting vehicles
  • Ensure passenger safety, including seat belts and wheelchair restraints
  • Support residents with kindness, patience, and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate transportation logs and report maintenance concerns
  • Assist with special events and community activities
  • Help maintain clean, welcoming company vehicles
  • Serve as backup transportation support for medical appointments when needed
