Shuttle Driver – Fox Toyota Subaru

Location: Fox Toyota Subaru
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (as applicable)

Compensation: $17.00/hr.

Fox Toyota Subaru is seeking a friendly, reliable Shuttle Driver to provide safe, courteous, and timely transportation for our service customers. This role is essential to delivering an outstanding customer experience and representing our dealership with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Transportation: Safely transport customers to and from their homes or workplaces while their vehicles are being serviced; assist customers entering and exiting the shuttle.
  • Brand Ambassador: Provide friendly, professional service and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Keep the shuttle clean, fueled, and perform pre-trip inspections.
  • Log Management: Maintain accurate records of trips, passengers, and destinations.
  • Communication: Coordinate with the service department and dispatchers for efficient routing.
  • Safety & Compliance: Follow all traffic laws, safety guidelines, and dealership policies.
  • Reporting: Promptly notify management of any maintenance or safety concerns with the shuttle vehicle.

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Several years of driving experience or completion of a defensive driving course
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Physical Requirements

  • Prolonged sitting while driving
  • Standing and walking to assist customers
  • Light lifting of personal items or baggage

Work Environment

  • Primarily driving a dealership shuttle vehicle
  • Some time spent in the service drive or dealership office areas
