Position Summary:
O2 Fitness is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Parking Lot Attendant to ensure our parking lot is utilized by O2 Fitness members only while maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming exterior environment. This role is essential in protecting our member parking, enhancing member experience and supporting overall club presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the O2 Fitness parking lot during assigned shifts.
  • Ensure parking spaces are used only by O2 Fitness members and guests.
  • Identify unauthorized vehicles parked in designated O2 spaces.
  • Follow established procedures to request towing for unauthorized vehicles when necessary.
  • Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with members and the public.
  • Pick up trash throughout the parking lot and surrounding exterior areas.
  • Blow debris from parking areas, sidewalks, and entryways.
  • Maintain clean sidewalks and exterior walkways to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
  • Communicate any parking or safety concerns to club leadership.
  • Help maintain a safe, clean, and orderly exterior environment.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in potentially confrontational situations.
  • Dependable and punctual.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to walk, stand, and perform light physical labor for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate a leaf blower and perform basic exterior cleaning tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous security, parking enforcement, facilities, or customer service experience is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of towing procedures and property rules preferred.
