Job description

We are seeking a part-time Tow Truck Driver with at least three years of towing experience to join our small local team. The ideal candidate will have completed or be willing to complete CTTA training and Tim's and must be able to pass a live scan background check. This role offers weekly pay, including a combination of hourly wage and commission, with potential for full-time conversion. The driver will report directly to the operations manager and work within the local area.

Responsibilities

  • Perform vehicle towing and recovery operations safely and efficiently
  • Conduct vehicle inspections before and after towing assignments
  • Maintain communication with dispatch and customers regarding service status
  • Ensure safety compliance during all towing and vehicle recovery tasks
  • Plan navigation and routes within local service areas
  • Assist with basic vehicle maintenance as needed

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in towing operations
  • Completion of CTTA (California Tow Truck Association) training
  • Tim's training
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Attention to detail and safety awareness
