Job description

Job Description
High Roller Ambassadors (Operations) are responsible for greeting guests and operating the High Roller systems. They are responsible for the safety of the guests while at the attraction and as they board the wheel. This is a part-time, on-site position.
Responsibilities
  • Follow the basic principles of Safety, Courtesy and Capacity as they relate to the High Roller.
  • Work in various job areas, including Ticket Taker, Security Bag Checker, Grouper, Loader, Unloader, Control Tower, Ticket Sale Upgrades, Group/VIP Reception, and Guest Relations.
  • Demonstrate the highest level of guest service and attention during all guest interactions.
  • Safely load guests as they board and depart the wheel. Making sure they are loaded according to ticket type, group, and capacity guidelines.
  • Collaborate with other team members to create a safe, exciting experience for High Roller guests.
  • Comply with and uphold company expectations, including the Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service.
  • Ensure the safety of all guests, team members, and other employees at all times. Secure all decks and platforms during closing hours.
  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Willingness to work various shifts and hours, including holidays and weekends. Willingness to work at different workstations within the High Roller area, including outdoor locations.
  • Effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations, recognizing the standards required by a regulated business.

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
  • Must wear the designated uniform as described in High Roller procedures.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and verbal/sound cues.
  • Ability to move quickly and easily around noisy, high-volume establishments.
  • Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
  • May be exposed to hot, cold, or windy conditions and may be required to stand for extended periods.
  • Ability to work in high places.
