Job description

Job Summary:
Operator will work with various types of apparel, heat press, embroidery and DTF printer. They are responsible for operating various machines and selecting the appropriate colors, thread and fabric that will be used for each job. Responsible for performing regular machine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting any problems that may arise with the machine and assisting to resolving them.
  • Training will be provided for operating machinery and implementing systems * However experience in the industry is a must.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Operate Heat Press, Embroidery and DTF Equipment, along with any other additional equipment necessary
  • Operate embroidery sewing machine and DTF machine to produce customer orders
  • Work with on-site designer to upload print files and insure they are correct
  • Verify product specifications, colors, quantities, and materials
  • Interpret work instructions, perform quality control checks, and troubleshoot malfunctions
  • Provide high-quality embroidery work by monitoring printing processes to ensure consistent quality throughout production runs
  • Receive in packages from items ordered
  • Check and keep stock in machine accessories (bobbins, thread, Ink, garmets, etc)
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workspace
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Physical presence at the office on a set and predictable schedule

Job Details:
