Job description

Job Posting: Host and Food Runner Positions at SriThai Kitchen and Sushi Bar

Positions Available:

  • Host

  • Food Runner

Host Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude

  • Manage reservations and waitlist using the Tall POS system

  • Answer phone calls, provide information, and assist with guest inquiries

  • Be able to take to go order over the phone

  • Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize service flow

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and entrance area

  • Assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills

  • Experience with Tall POS 

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

  • Punctual and reliable

Food Runner Responsibilities:

  • Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately

  • Ensure presentation and quality of food meet restaurant standards

  • Communicate with kitchen and servers to ensure seamless service

  • Clear and reset tables efficiently

  • Assist with side duties such as stocking, refilling, and cleaning

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
