Job : AI Prompting Trainer

Location: This role will require frequent on site travel to San Diego, California, It will be remote besides the in person training sessions ( bi weekly/monthly) Someone who is relatively close (within a few hours) is preferred but if not West Coast is necessary.

AI Prompting Trainer (Workshop Delivery & Workforce Enablement - 100-300 Level)

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced AI Prompting Trainer to deliver structured workshops that enable employees to effectively utilize AI tools and build foundational to intermediate AI agents. This role will focus on facilitating 100-300 level AI training sessions using pre-developed curriculum and materials.

The trainer will guide participants through hands-on exercises, reinforce best practices in prompt engineering, and support workforce adoption of AI tools. The ideal candidate is a strong facilitator who can engage diverse audiences, translate AI concepts into practical use cases, and coach participants through real-world applications, including more advanced workflow and agent usage at the 300 level. Key Responsibilities

Training Delivery & Facilitation

  • Deliver instructor-led AI workshops using established curriculum, lesson plans, and materials across 100-300 level training tracks.
  • Facilitate hands-on exercises focused on prompt engineering, workflow automation, and AI-assisted task execution.
  • Guide participants through structured labs involving prompt creation, refinement, and workflow development.
  • Provide real-time coaching and troubleshooting during exercises.
  • Adapt delivery style to support learners with varying technical proficiency levels.
  • Maintain an engaging and collaborative learning environment.

Workshop Execution

  • Follow provided lesson plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent delivery.
  • Manage class pacing across foundational, intermediate, and advanced workshop levels.
  • Prepare required tools, environments, and supporting materials prior to each session.
  • Deliver training in virtual and/or in-person settings.
