Job Summary
The Machine Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient and high-quality manufacturing output. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Operate production machinery in accordance with company procedures and safety guidelines
  • Monitor equipment performance and make adjustments as needed to maintain quality and efficiency
  • Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications
  • Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products as required
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and report mechanical issues to maintenance or supervision
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards
  • Follow all company policies and procedures

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 months of production or manufacturing experience required
  • Prior machine operating experience preferred
  • Ability to read and follow work instructions and basic measurements
