Are you looking for a part-time opportunity as the school year begins? We're seeking passionate individuals who love to teach - whether you're a college student, an educator, or someone who simply finds joy in helping others learn. Screening interviews are happening now with onboarding sessions scheduled for July. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working flexible hours in a supportive, mission-driven environment.

Join Our Team as a Part-Time Test Prep Coach
Are you passionate about helping students succeed on the SAT and ACT? We're looking for dedicated, knowledgeable coaches to work part-time with high school students - building test strategies, confidence, and real academic results. This role is a great fit for college students, educators, or professionals who love teaching and mentoring.
The Test Prep Coach Experience:
  • Thoughtful student pairing - matched with students based on your teaching style and personality for the best fit
  • Predictable schedule - recurring weekly sessions within your set hours, no last-minute scrambling
  • No commuting between homes -every session is 1-on-1 in a private office at our facility
  • Paid training -plus shadowing opportunities with veteran coaches and full access to our test prep resources and study materials
  • A connected community -we support students beyond sessions and look for local ways to stay involved
  • Skills that travel with you -sharpen your own test-taking, communication, and teaching skills in ways that carry into any career path

Requirements
What you should offer:
  • Currently attending or graduated from a 4-year university
  • Strong written, verbal, and active listening skills
  • Ability to teach content clearly while adapting to different learning styles
  • AP-level knowledge in at least 2 core subjects
  • A solution-oriented mindset focused on each student's individual growth
  • Warmth and social ease - you make students feel comfortable, supported, and understood
  • Evening/weekend availability of 15+ hours/week during the semester: sessions run Monday-Thursday 3-9pm, with at least 4 hours required on Sundays between 10am-6pm

Benefits
Why You'll Love It Here:
  • We handle scheduling so you can focus on teaching
  • No need to prep alone, we provide resources and guidance
  • Friendly, mission-driven coworkers who care about student success
  • Opportunities to grow your skills in teaching, mentoring, and communication
  • W-2 employment
