Job description

Position Summary

The Oilfield Sales & Operations Intern will gain hands-on exposure to oilfield equipment sales, customer engagement, and field operations while supporting EnerStar's sales team. This role is designed to provide practical industry experience, technical understanding of EnerStar's equipment offerings, and foundational sales skills-while contributing value through CRM support and field coordination.

This is a paid, temporary internship focused on learning, professional development, and relationship-building. The intern will not carry sales quotas or independent selling responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow sales representatives to learn EnerStar's products, services, and customer base
  • Support field visits and customer meetings (as appropriate and supervised)
  • Assist with CRM (Zoho) data entry, cleanup, and adoption support
  • Observe equipment demonstrations and field operations
  • Conduct light research on customer needs, regional markets, and equipment applications
  • Participate in internal meetings, training sessions, and safety briefings
  • Provide feedback and insights on CRM usability from a student/young professional perspective

Qualifications

Preferred:

  • Prior oilfield exposure, internships, or rig experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems or sales tools
  • Comfortable working independently under guidance
