Your Role

As a part-time second-shift nurse in our skilled nursing community, you will:

  • Provide hands-on nursing care and build meaningful relationships with residents
  • Administer medications and treatments according to established care plans
  • Monitor residents and recognize and respond to changes in condition
  • Supervise CNAs and contribute to a successful, supportive team
  • Assist with admissions, discharges, and care planning
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team
  • Maintain resident safety and follow infection prevention and control standards
  • Document care accurately and in a timely manner

  • Active RN license required
  • Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the care team
  • Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
