These nurses assess patient symptoms, provide health education, and help coordinate care without requiring in-person visits. This flexible role allows nurses to work from home or other locations while supporting patients who need convenient access to medical advice and monitoring. Telehealth nursing is especially valuable for patients in rural or underserved areas and for managing chronic conditions.
