Job description

Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator โ€“ Teen Program
Concrete Club | Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County
Part-Time (25โ€“29 hrs/week) | $22.50โ€“$23.87 DOE/DOQ (+$2.00/hour Concrete location differential)

Every community needs a place where teens know they belong.

Sometimes that place is built through conversations. Sometimes it's built through shared experiences. And sometimes it's built on a stage.

We're looking for a Teen & Theater Arts Coordinator who is passionate about helping teens discover their strengths, build confidence, and develop meaningful connections. While you'll lead theater arts programming-including performances, creative projects, and opportunities for self-expression-your primary focus is creating an engaging, welcoming teen program where young people want to spend their afternoons. The role leads teen engagement while using theater as one of many tools to help youth grow.

At our Concrete Club, relationships matter. We're looking for someone who enjoys getting to know teens, encourages them to step outside their comfort zones, and can turn everyday moments into opportunities for growth. One day you might be rehearsing a scene, another day you're helping a teen solve a problem, planning an activity, or simply being the trusted adult they know they can count on.

Experience in theater, drama, or the performing arts is required, but success in this role is just as much about mentorship, creativity, adaptability, and building positive relationships. Experience working with teens is a plus, and we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

If you're looking for work that blends creativity, leadership, and the opportunity to make a lasting difference in teens' lives, we'd love to hear from you.
