What You'll Expect
As a Surveillance Operator, you'll monitor casino operations via CCTV and personal observation to protect guests, employees, and company assets. You'll detect and report suspicious or illegal activity, ensure compliance with gaming regulations, and maintain strict confidentiality.
What You'll Do
  • Monitor gaming areas, cage, count rooms, and other sensitive locations
  • Operate CCTV systems, alarm systems, and related surveillance equipment
  • Identify, record, and report unusual or illegal activities
  • Review footage for jackpots and potential violations; prepare written reports
  • Maintain accurate logs and daily reports
  • Ensure proper functioning of all surveillance equipment during your shift
  • Participate in investigations and court actions as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with state regulations, company policies, and internal controls

What You'll Bring
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and surveillance software
  • Knowledge of table games and slot machine operations preferred
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
What We Require
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming license
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in environments with secondhand smoke, low lighting, and confined spaces
  • Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
