Execute initiatives to exceed sales goals, increase traffic, and consistently improve KPI's (conversion, UPT, and average transaction)

Key Experiences

1-3 years of retail leadership experience, preferably in apparel or activewear. High School graduate or equivalent experiencepreferred

Proven ability to manage teams, operations, and customer experience in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication

skills with a passion for team-building and mentorship.

Desire and ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening, weekend and holidays

Ability to perform all essential job functions, maneuver around the sales floor, stock room and office, and able to lift/carry upto 40 pounds.

Must have reliable transportation and ability to travel as required

The salary range for this role is $18.80 to $31.30. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, re levant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.

The pay range for this role is from the higher of the required minimum wage based on local, state, or federal requirements or $18.80 - $31.30 per hour, varying with experience and qualifications.
