Position Summary

The Armed Field Supervisor oversees daily security operations, officer scheduling, dispatch coordination, and field supervision. This role ensures compliance with company and client policies while maintaining a safe, secure, and professional environment.

Minimum Qualifications
  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must have a Valid TWIC Card
  • Armed State Security License
  • Concealed Carry Pistol Permit
  • Valid driver’s license and a Motor Vehicle Record that meets company-approved driver standards.
  • Minimum 3 years of verifiable security, military, corrections, or law enforcement experience
  • Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience
  • Ability to maintain a standing post and cover officer assignments as needed
Key ResponsibilitiesField Operations & Supervision
  • Manage officer schedules, assignments, and staffing coverage
  • Conduct field training, evaluations, and performance oversight
  • Support dispatch and operational logistics
Security & Patrol Duties
