A Part Time Subpoena Compliance job involves reviewing, processing, and responding to legal requests such as subpoenas, court orders, and warrants, typically for records or information. Individuals in this role ensure the organization complies with applicable laws and regulations when disclosing information. As a part-time position, the workload and hours are typically less than a standard full-time compliance role.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a part time subpoena compliance professional?

Familiarity with legal research tools, case management systems, and secure document-handling software is typically required. Attention to detail, discretion, and strong organizational and communication skills set top performers apart. These skills ensure accurate, timely, and legally compliant responses to subpoenas, minimizing organizational risk and maintaining trust with stakeholders.
