Job Description
You'll work hands-on with email marketing platforms, assist with building HTML/CSS email templates, and help ensure every send meets quality and brand standards. This position requires strong attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the marketing team.
This part-time position typically works (Monday - Friday between the hours of 8 am - 5 pm). This position is a remote position.

Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
  • Set up and deploy prospective student nurture campaigns in an email marketing platform

  • Build and maintain HTML/CSS email templates that render consistently across email clients and devices

  • Perform thorough QA review of emails prior to deployment, including checking links, formatting, personalization tokens, and rendering across clients

  • Assist with audience segmentation and list management to support targeted campaign delivery

  • Track and report on key email metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions)

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to keep campaigns on schedule and flag issues proactively

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience setting up or deploying emails in an email marketing platform (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics Marketing, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar).

  • Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, including experience coding or editing email templates.

  • High attention to detail and a systematic approach to QA and proofreading.

  • Professional, dependable, and self-motivated

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

  • Team-oriented, with the ability to work independently

Additional Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation workflows or drip campaign logic

  • Experience with responsive email design frameworks

  • Basic understanding of email deliverability and CAN-SPAM compliance

  • Students pursuing Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field preferred
