Job description

Job Summary:
Krsnadasa Inc DBA TUTOR DOCTOR is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an English, STEM and Special Education Tutor. This is a part-time, hourly position located in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for providing individualized instruction and support to students in English, STEM and Special Education.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $21 to $31 per hour. The successful candidate will also have access to a flexible schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance.
Responsibilities:
• Develop personalized lesson plans based on each student's needs and learning objectives
• Provide instruction in English, STEM and Special Education subjects such as reading, writing, math, science and social studies
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage and challenge students
• Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to parents and/or guardians
• Collaborate with parents, teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment for students
• Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student performance
Requirements:
• Minimum required Qualification: High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree is preferred in Education, English, STEM or Special Education
• At least 1 year of experience in teaching or tutoring in English, STEM and/or Special Education
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current education principles, techniques and curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each student
• Passion for helping students achieve their academic goals
