About Protein Treat Queen

Protein Treat Queen is a growing health-focused food startup on a mission to make nutritious treats that taste indulgent. We specialize in high-protein baked goods, including breads, brownies, muffins, and other better-for-you treats that support healthy lifestyles without sacrificing flavor.

We're looking for a Part-Time Baker to work alongside our Executive Chef and help bring our products to life. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves baking, values health and wellness, and wants to be part of an exciting startup environment where creativity, quality, and innovation matter.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Chef in preparing and baking a variety of healthy, high-protein products, including breads, muffins, brownies, and specialty treats
  • Follow recipes and production procedures with consistency and attention to detail
  • Measure, mix, portion, and bake products according to quality standards
  • Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory management, and kitchen organization
  • Package finished products for customer orders
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe kitchen environment
  • Support product testing and development of new recipes and menu items
  • Help ensure products meet Protein Treat Queen's standards for taste, texture, nutrition, and presentation

Qualifications

  • Previous baking, food production, culinary, or kitchen experience preferred
  • Passion for baking and creating nutritious, high-quality food
  • Interest in health, wellness, fitness, or nutrition
  • Ability to follow recipes accurately and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency
