You'll grow weekend attendance, strengthen our leader care structure, build a winning team of volunteers, and create pathways for students to discover and respond to God's call on their lives โ€” including leading campus Call to Ministry gatherings and guiding student summer interns. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to build a thriving, healthy next-gen ministry.
ABOUT FAITH PROMISE

We're a multisite church committed to helping people encounter Jesus, become fully devoted followers of Christ, and lead others to do the same. Our culture is fast-moving, vision-focused, and centered on our core values: Love God, Love People, Discover Purpose, Win Our World.
If you're passionate about students' spiritual formation and excited about advancing God's Kingdom through a growing, multisite organization, this is for you.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
  • Lead all aspects of fpStudents (6thโ€“12th grade) at the Anderson Campus: weekend programming, small groups, leader care structure, and student events.
  • Recruit, train, and shepherd a Winning Team of volunteer leaders, and growing the team.
  • Build and strengthen the Leader Care Structure (LCS), growing and multiplying leaders so every student is known and cared for.
  • Grow weekend attendance through an intentional invitation culture, consistent follow-up, and clear next-steps pathways.
  • Drive new student engagement โ€” welcoming new students a month โ€” and improve new student retention.
  • Lead the campus's Call to Ministry gatherings, helping students discern, explore, and respond to a call to ministry.
  • Recruit, train, and guide Student Summer Interns, providing hands-on ministry experience and mentorship.
  • Plan and lead campus participation in MVMT Conference, our churchwide student event that connects Anderson students to the broader Faith Promise Students community.
  • Own scheduling, budgeting, and operational details to run a healthy, sustainable, student ministry.
  • Contribute to church-wide initiatives and special events that advance our vision to win the world by equipping Christ-followers.
WHO YOU ARE
You're a relational leader passionate about students' spiritual formation, discipleship, volunteer team development and multiplication of leaders. You thrive in a multisite, fast-paced environment and can lead both students and adult volunteers with clarity and warmth. You're organized, resourceful, and able to make a big impact within a part-time role. You believe deeply that student ministry is discipleship, mentorship, and helping students discover their God-given purpose.
Most importantly: You're a fully devoted Christ-follower aligned with our values and vision to win the world by equipping others to win their world.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2+ years of experience in student ministry leadership, volunteer management, or equivalent
  • Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead volunteer teams

  • Background in discipleship, mentoring, or Call to Ministry-type programs
  • Experience recruiting, training, or supervising interns or emerging leaders
