PURPOSE
The Spa & Wellness Attendant at Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel is responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and tranquil environment within the spa facilities. This role supports the overall guest experience by maintaining spa cleanliness, replenishing supplies, and assisting guests with their needs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facility Maintenance: Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation areas, locker rooms, and public spaces. Regularly sanitize and disinfect spa facilities and equipment. Ensure that tall towels, robes, and linens are clean, neatly folded, and readily available for guests.
  • Guest Services: Greet guests warmly and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Assist guests with any inquiries or requests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. Guide guests through the spa facilities and explain the available services and amenities.
  • Stock and Inventory: Monitor and replenish spa supplies, including toiletries, beverages, and other amenities. Assist in managing inventory levels and report shortages to the Spa Supervisor.
  • Support to Therapists & Estheticians: Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service, ensuring they are clean, well-stocked, and set up according to the spa's standards. Assist therapists as needed with their setting up and breaking down their work areas.
  • Safety and Compliance: Adhere to all health, safety and hygiene protocols. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel promptly.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Education and Experience :
  • Experience in a customer service or housekeeping role.
  • Basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures.

  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and organization.

Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
