As a Receptionist, you’ll be part of a team that emphasizes thoughtful care, sustainable and ethically sourced products, and personalized guest experiences. This spa is a cornerstone of the Cedarbrook Lodge experience, offering a level of serenity and refinement unlike any other day spa in Seattle.

*Availability on Saturday and Sunday from 3-9 pm is critical for this position

What you’ll do:

  • Schedule and coordinate all appointments within the spa
  • Maintain complete knowledge of all Spa Services and products
  • Maintain the Spa facility throughout shift
  • Escort guests to and from treatments
  • Cashiering duties for services and retail
  • Answer all incoming calls

  • Availability to work weekends and evenings
