KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • GREET CLIENTS WARMLY, ASSIST WITH CHECK-IN AND PROVIDING REFRESHMENTS, AND ENSURE A POSITIVE AND WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE IN THE SPA.
  • PERFORM SPECIALIZED SCALP HAIR, AND SKIN TREATMENTS, INCLUDING SCALP MASSAGES, DEEP CLEANSING, AND EXFOLIATION.
  • PROVIDE PERSONALIZED CONSULTATIONS TO CLIENTS ABOUT THEIR SCALP AND HAIR HEALTH, OFFERING TAILORED TREATMENTS AND PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS THAT PROVIDE SOLUTIONS FOR THE CLIENTS CONCERN.
  • OFFER HIGH-QUALITY TREATMENT & PROVIDE ICONIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIMES
  • FOLLOW OUR CLIENT MODESTY POLICY AT ALL TIMES.
  • MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS AND ORGANIZATION OF THE SPA AND TREATMENT ROOM, & ENSURING A QUIET, WELCOMING AND PROFESSIONAL ENVIRONMENT.
  • LAUNDERING & FOLDING LINENS, BLANKETS, AND TOWELS AS NEEDED.
  • STAY UPDATED ON INDUSTRY TRENDS, NEW PRODUCTS, AND TECHNIQUES TO CONTINUALLY ENHANCE CLIENT EXPERIENCES.
  • EDUCATE CLIENTS ON POST-TREATMENT CARE, INCLUDING PRODUCT USAGE AND LIFESTYLE TIPS TO MAINTAIN HEALTHY HAIR AND SCALP.
  • BUILD LASTING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS THROUGH EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL.
  • PROVIDE PROPER CHECKOUT PROCEDURES FOR CLIENTS TO PAY FOR APPOINTMENTS AND RETAIL ITEMS AND ASSIST WITH SCHEDULING FUTURE APPOINTMENTS.

REQUIRMENTS
  • LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST WITH A FOCUS ON HAIR CARE, TREATMENTS, AND SPA SERVICES
  • EXPERIENCE IN A SPA OR SALON ENVIRONMENT, WITH EXPERTISE IN SCALP CARE BEING HIGHLY DESIRABLE.
  • STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF HAIR AND SCALP HEALTH, WITH THE ABILITY TO IDENTIFY AND TREAT COMMON CONDITIONS.
  • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS, WITH THE ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY AND PROFESSIONALLY WITH CLIENTS.
  • PASSIONATE ABOUT BEAUTY, WELLNESS, AND HELPING CLIENTS ACHIEVE THEIR DESIRED RESULTS.
