Role Description
As an Operations Specialist, you will contribute to the operations team's day-to-day success by keeping Thrones in a clean and well-maintained condition and performing a variety of tasks in the field and warehouse. Use of a personal vehicle and valid driver's license OR comfort and ability to travel on the LA metro lines is required.

Performance expectations, essential functions
  • Creates a great experience for Throne users by keeping units clean, stocked, and well maintained
  • Comfortable cleaning a public restroom.
  • Visits Thrones to inspect and troubleshoot user-reported issues: clogs, vandalism, and leaks.
  • Performs preventative maintenance and minor repairs on-site
  • Diligently documents work performed using mobile applications / virtual communication
  • Effectively communicates and works with all local operations teammates
  • Shares feedback and ideas for product and process improvements
  • Safely drives & operates personal and/or company vehicles

  • Enthusiastic about increasing bathroom access in Los Angeles
  • Sense of urgency
  • Stays calm in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail (can make a bathroom SPARKLE )
  • Experience successfully working independently without direct supervision
  • Arrives on time for all shifts

Other Requirements
  • Ability to be on your feet for a 6-8 hour shift.
  • Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular business hours as needed
  • Comfortable working in outdoor/public environments and interacting positively with users
  • Must have your own vehicle to operate during your shifts OR
  • be comfortable riding the Metro system to locations
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record (if driving)
  • Must be 18 years or older with at least two years of driving experience (if driving)
  • Must have a smartphone with reliable data/internet access, or the ability to obtain one with company provided stipend
  • Comfortable using and multitasking with several mobile apps
