This is a true in-home sales role—not retail, not order-taking.
Art of Drawers is hiring confident, consultative in-home sales consultants who know how to build rapport, uncover needs, present value, and ask for the sale in the home. You’ll meet with homeowners who have already requested our services, guide them through custom organizational solutions, and close deals face-to-face.
Art of Drawers designs and installs custom glide-out drawer systems and cabinet refacing solutions that make homes more functional and frustration-free. Our clients want our product—and love the results. We’re growing fast in South Florida and looking for sales professionals who want to build strong income while genuinely helping homeowners.
If you’ve sold windows, solar, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms, home improvement, or other in-home services, this role will feel very familiar— with a more enjoyable product and happy customers.
Our sales consultants are the lifeblood of the company. They turn our clients' frustrations with their living spaces into enjoyment of their home. Consultants focus on the true issues that people are trying to solve.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Completing your Designer Certification (we will provide the training program)
  • Run scheduled in-home sales appointments (~90 minutes)
  • Conduct pre-appointment intro calls to build rapport and set expectations
  • Diagnose homeowner problems and present customized solutions
  • Close sales in the home and collect deposits
  • Follow up on open opportunities and pending decisions
  • Submit orders, designs, photos, and notes into our system accurately
  • Communicate proactively with ownership and installation teams
  • Participate in ongoing sales and product training

Who We’re Looking For
  • Proven in-home sales experience (highly preferred)
  • Comfortable discussing pricing, handling objections, and closing face-to-face
  • Competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Organized, reliable, and tech-comfortable
  • Motivated by commission-based income and performance pay

Bonus commission if you:
  • Want to grow your income by expanding your personal network and generate referrals and self-source leads

Compensation & Schedule
  • Commission-based pay + bonuses
  • Warm, company-generated leads provided
  • Additional earning potential through self-generated sales
  • Flexible schedule (part-time, with full-time potential if desired)
  • Income grows with performance—not capped

This Role Is NOT a Fit If You:
  • Are looking for hourly or guaranteed pay
  • Prefer a non-sales or purely creative role
  • Are uncomfortable asking for the sale or discussing price
