Shift: This can be a part time position working four (4) hours a day between the hours of 7:00am - 5:00pm or a full time position. On-site at our Corporate Office in Hartland, WI.
Job Purpose:
Do you enjoy detail oriented work possibly from working in administration, customer service, accounting, book keeping, sales support, or other related roles? Do you like interacting with a variety of customers and team members? If so, this role is for you!
Sales Administrators are essential to ensuring customer promises are fulfilled by supporting Sales Teams in delivering new and used trucks. Their efficient coordination and seamless service create positive experiences for customers and team members alike. They drive continuous improvement within their teams by seeking innovative solutions to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Moreover, they manage resources responsibly, guaranteeing that every customer receives their truck as promised, while upholding the highest standards of service and reliability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Honor Commitments:
  • Prepare and process truck deals in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring reliability and adherence to promised timelines.
  • Submit titling paperwork to the state governing bodies in a timely manner while perfecting liens, if necessary, maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.
  • Process all deal paperwork pre and post-sale, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.

Create Positive Experiences:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all internal customers and partnering business units, ensuring positive and supportive interactions.
  • Work directly with the sales executives to help facilitate discounts and log approved requests when received, creating a seamless and efficient experience for team members.

Foster Lifelong Learning:
  • Assist in creating the documentation needed for financing equipment, promoting continuous learning and understanding of financial processes.
  • Enter, maintain, and review information relevant to the sale of trucks into the business systems and accounting software, continuously improving knowledge and skills.

Exhibit a Pioneering Spirit:
  • Set up purchased units, off-lease units, and used truck trade-ins, seeking innovative solutions to streamline operations and meet deadlines.
  • Produce and distribute miscellaneous reports as requested, demonstrating proactive problem-solving and efficiency.

Demonstrate Good Stewardship:
  • Manage warranty documentation submission and process payment when needed, ensuring responsible financial management.
  • Reconcile outstanding purchase orders, maintaining accuracy and integrity in financial records.
  • Process check requests for pay-offs, refunds, titling, and miscellaneous requests, managing resources responsibly to ensure timely and accurate financial transactions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, maintaining a commitment to excellence and a proactive approach in all tasks to support the overall success of the team and company.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Vehicle titling or financial document processing experience helpful
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • High degree of attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Applications required ? Disciplined, with good organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and focused on follow through.
  • Reliable attendance required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and over the phone.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
