Job Type: Part-Time
Department: Sales
Reports To: Owner/Operator and/or Service Manager

Key Responsibilities
  • Prospect and generate new fleet services clients through outreach, networking, and referrals
  • Conduct consultative sales conversations to identify client fleet needs and recommend solutions
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of B2B fleet accounts in the Phoenix metro area
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, contacts, and sales activity in CRM software
  • Collaborate with the fleet services team to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed part-time sales targets and performance benchmarks
Compensation & Benefits 
 
Compensation: $10 per hour + commission

DuraFleet Phoenix is looking for a driven, part-time Fleet Services Salesperson to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ. Work Schedule
Part-time position with an expected minimum of 10 hours per week but not more than 30 hours per week. Position does not have a fixed time schedule, but expectation are for hours worked to fall within a normal working hours range (i.e. 7am to 4pm).

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently on a part-time schedule
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and basic sales reporting
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or commercial vehicles is a plus
  • Prior sales experience, preferably in fleet services, automotive, or B2B sales is a plus
