Job description

TPAPT, a national nonprofit association of over 17,000 locally owned and operated tutoring and college advising programs, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales Development Representative to join one of our chapters.

In this role, you will focus on the overall management of potential clients’ journeys. You will engage with families interested in our supplemental educational services, helping to bridge students to success through our education therapy and college readiness programs.

Your contributions will significantly impact our mission and support our vision to provide individualized educational support to every student in need. If you have a desire to help students achieve their goals and have a knack for building relationships, we would love to meet you!

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, oversee, and conduct outbound outreach
  • Engage potential students and families through various communication channels (phone, email, social media).
  • Schedule consultations to evaluate needs and promote our educational services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Provide feedback from prospects to help improve service offerings.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field preferred.
  • 1-3 years of prior experience in sales, within the education sector.
  • Exceptionally strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • 10 hours per week of availability
  • Proficiency in general Education CRM systems and Google Workspace.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
