Job description

Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
Department: Sales Location: [Houston] Job Type: Part-Time Job Summary: The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. This role requires an individual who is self-motivated and can work independently while representing the company in the field. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a proven track record in sales, and the ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prospecting and Lead Generation:
    • B2B Only
    • Identify potential clients through market research, networking events, and industry contacts and mainly B2B door to door sales
    • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through various outreach methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
  1. Client Meetings and Presentations:
    • Conduct face-to-face meetings with prospects to demonstrate the company’s products and services.
    • Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations that address customer needs and concerns.
  1. Relationship Building:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions.
  1. Sales Strategy Development:
    • Collaborate with the sales management team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns geared towards specific markets.
    • Utilize market intelligence and competitor analysis to enhance sales effectiveness.
  1. Negotiation and Closing Sales:
    • Prepare and present pricing proposals and negotiate terms with clients to close sales deals. (will forward information for an Aviva representative to prepare proposals)
    • Follow up with potential clients after presentations to address any questions or concerns, ultimately driving the sales process to closure.
  1. Account Management:
    • Manage existing customer accounts to ensure they receive satisfactory service and to explore further sales opportunities.
    • Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on product offerings and promotions.
  1. Reporting and Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-up schedules within the company’s CRM system.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the sales management team.
  1. Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
    • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance personal sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outside sales or a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and success.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Meet minimal quota of $2000 reoccurring per month in Sales
  • Addition duties as needed
