  • Write clear, friendly captions that reflect our company’s personality and values

  • Manage and publish content on Facebook, Instagram, and other approved social media platforms

  • Follow a basic posting calendar and complete projects by assigned deadlines

  • Organize raw footage, completed content, and upcoming content ideas

  • Identify trends, sounds, and content ideas that may work well for our business

  • Track which types of posts and videos perform well

  • Make reasonable revisions when requested

Qualifications:
  • Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms

  • Interested in creating and editing short-form videos

  • Comfortable gathering content and working with employees in the field

  • Dependable and able to complete tasks without repeated reminders

  • Willing to learn about our company and the HVAC industry

  • Comfortable using a smartphone and basic editing applications

  • Able to communicate clearly, follow directions, and accept feedback

  • Professional and respectful when working around employees and customers
