This role is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home in Corvallis, Oregon, or anywhere in the state. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individual counseling sessions via secure video platforms, providing personalized support to enhance clients’ mental well-being.
  • Facilitate discussions that allow clients to explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering deeper self-awareness and insight.
  • Act as a dedicated client advocate, working collaboratively to define and achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Assess clients’ mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans utilizing solution-focused methodologies grounded in your clinical expertise.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulations.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. You will tailor your approach based on each client’s unique needs, preferences, and cultural backgrounds. By doing so, you contribute significantly to improving their mental health and overall quality of life.

Qualifications
  • AMaster’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon, allowing you to practice independently without supervision. Please indicate your license and state in your application.
  • Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to apply therapeutic techniques effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
