Job description

Neoden USA is looking for a motivated and technically curious Mandarin/English bilingual person to join our team in Ringwood, NJ. This is also an excellent opportunity for a student or recent graduate who wants hands-on experience with electronics manufacturing equipment while developing both technical and customer support skills.

In this role, you will work closely with our service and support team, learning our product line and helping customers troubleshoot equipment issues. You will also communicate with our manufacturing partners in China, making strong Mandarin communication skills essential.

This position offers valuable real-world experience in technical support, equipment servicing, and customer communication, with the potential to grow into a full-time role for the right candidate.


Responsibilities
