  • Must promote and maintain all steps of the Red Carpet Customer Service program with each patron and employee you come in contact with.
  • Effectively responds to supervisor's requests in all areas of customer interaction and customer concerns. Complies with company policies, all state and federal regulations, and internal controls as it relates to this position.ย 
  • Performs preventative maintenance: cleans, inspects, adjusts, and tests various machine parts.
  • Performs floor maintenance: troubleshoots and repairs machine malfunctions and ATi Oasis system problems as they occur during gaming.ย  Assists Floor Supervisors with malfunctions and answers floor calls.ย 
  • Performs machine conversions: installs kits in machine cabinet and computer processor board, and verifies pay table and reel stops.ย 
  • Assists customers with questions and complaints regarding slot machines.ย  Provides answers and explanations, and rectifies problems as appropriate.
  • Works on special projects as assigned.ย  Assists with every phase, from layout to installation.
  • Assists in maintaining adequate stock of parts necessary for repairs.ย  Orders parts as needed and checks in incoming parts.
  • Performs shop maintenance: troubleshoots and repairs electronic circuit boards, tests and adjusts loaner units, reprograms progressives and messages, etc.
  • Moves slot machines from one location to another as needed.
  • Troubleshoots and repairs Caribbean Stud tables and shuffling machines as needed.ย  Responds to calls from the Table Games department for Caribbean Stud malfunctions.ย 
  • Employees may be required to perform duties outside of their normal job description where, in the Company's judgment, it is necessary in the interest of efficiency, productivity, or improved guest service.

  • Associate degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.ย 
  • One year of experience on slot machines and associated equipment.
  • Electronic/mechanical troubleshooting and use of electronic test equipment experience required (ex:ย  board testers, multi-meters, o-scopes).ย 
  • Ability to respond calmly and make rational decisions in stressful situations with co-workers, guests, and vendors.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
  • Ability to stand and walk for entire shift and mobility to move easily around entire property.
  • Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.ย 
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing varying noise and temperature levels, illumination, vibration, crowds, and air quality.ย 
  • Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to lift and carry up to 120 lbs. and push or pull up to 200 lbs., and the ability to reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel, and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces.
