  • Knowledge of and enforcement of all gaming laws and regulations which apply to the functions and duties of this position.
  • Safeguards assigned Slot assets.
  • Responsible for jackpot payoffs.
  • Performs minor repairs (i.e. load printer paper) on slot machines and notifies Slot Supervisor when technician repair is needed.
  • Provides customer service on the slot floor in their area.
  • Works with the technical department to ensure that all machines in their area are in good working order.
  • Reports any machine irregularity or suspicious activity to Slot Supervisor.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs. throughout the shift. Must be able to stand for 7 consecutive hours.
  • Must be able to calculate simple math problems.
  • Any and all duties as assigned by your Supervisor or a member of management.

  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.ย  Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or team members of organization.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.ย  ย  ย

  • Must be able to obtain a Gaming Permit. Must successfully complete ServSafe Alcohol training certification course.
  • Knowledge of casino slot operations preferred. Previous technical experience preferred.
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to move quickly, stand, walk and talk or hear. The team member is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The team member is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The team member must lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the team member is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually loud.
