Job description

Work in the mountains and join our fun team! Silver Fork Lodge & Restaurant is hiring part time Servers! If you work a winter job or just want to pick up an extra shift or two, this is a great opportunity too! You need to be 21 years of age.


Apply today so you don't miss out! We do prefer candidates with at least one year serving experience but you must have a good attitude and willingness to learn and work hard! Weekends and holiday availability is necessary since those are our busiest time periods. (Exact shift hours may vary based on season and business needs.)

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Great and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Provide menus, silverware, condiments and other items guest may need.
  • Help guide customers in making food and beverage selections. Make recommendations for complementary products.
  • Take orders for food and beverage in accordance to "steps of service" guidelines and Utah liquor laws.
  • Run food and beverage to tables in a timely manner.
  • Pre-buss tables in accordance to steps of service guideline.
  • Work together as a team and help co-workers run food or beverage when they are getting slammed.
  • Perform opening and closing side work.
  • Preparing restaurant tables, server station, desserts, and reach-in items with special attention to sanitation, order, and health department standards.
  • Collaborate with other restaurant servers, kitchen, and bar staff.
  • Resolve complaints or problems with a positive attitude and know when to get a manager involved.
  • Issue bills and accept payment.
  • Perform deep cleaning duties as needed.ย
