As a Server, you play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.


Position Summary

The Server is responsible for providing excellent guest service throughout the dining experience, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. This role works in a fast-paced, full-service restaurant environment and serves as a direct point of contact for guests.

This is a tipped, non-exempt position that interacts closely with guests and collaborates with both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.


Essential Functions

As a Server, you will:

  • Greet guests promptly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit

  • Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and promotions to assist guests effectively

Compensation

Pay Range: $2.13 per hour – $2.13 per hour

This position may receive tips in addition to base pay where applicable.

Actual compensation will vary based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, location, and business needs. Compensation will comply with all federal, state, and local wage and tip laws.

This position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable laws.
