Job description

We are hiring for "part-time" Servers/Waitstaff at the Allure Wedding and Events Centers!

Join our team and participate in providing excellent customer service in our beautiful event venues. The majority of scheduling is located at 526 Indian Boundary Road in Chesterton. We also have a venue in LaPorte, which you would be scheduled for work on occasion.

Our events are generally held on Friday and Saturdays starting at 4pm and ending by 11:00pm -12midnight . We do occasionally host events on Sundays as well.

Our meals are pre-determined, so there is no stress in taking orders or memorizing menus.

Our ideal candidate is friendly, polite, demonstrates a positive attitude, is attentive and motivated, and must have a "clean, manicured" appearance at all Events.

Responsibilities

  • Setting and clearing tables
  • Assist in plating appetizers
  • Serving plated meals to guests
  • Rolling silverware and preparing for upcoming events
  • Delivering a great customer experience

Qualifications

  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively
  • Able to multitask efficiently
  • Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus but not required
  • Must meet minimum age requirement of 16
