Latitude, the resort's signature breakfast destination, provides guests with an elevated morning dining experience featuring fresh, seasonal ingredients, artisanal coffee, and impeccable service.

 

Job Summary:

The Server at Latitude is responsible for delivering exceptional guest service by providing a warm and welcoming dining experience during service. Reporting to the Latitude General Manager or Food & Beverage Manager, this role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable meal for all guests. The Server plays a key role in setting the tone for the guest experience each morning, offering attentive service in a refined yet relaxed atmosphere. Position will support the pool service during peak seasons.

Onsite: Black Desert Resort - LatitudeShift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Part-TimePay Rate: $7.25/hr plus tips. This is the pay rate we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors, including experience and skill level.

Responsibilities
  • Provide prompt and courteous service to guests, ensuring an exceptional breakfast and brunch experience.
